Christmas in Wisconsin

My dad was continuing to have health problems related to his heart surgery. he spent weeks and weeks in the hospital and at a re-hab clinic. I can back to Wisconsin to help out during December. While I was back, they allowed my dad to come home for a Christmas celebration. The whole family was there minus Kim, the girls and my oldest nephew Jimmy.

Aiden was by far the hit of the festivities. It was nice to have a little one crawling around at Christmas time:

Mattie drew pictures for everyone in the Christmas cards. Melissa's was the only one that she personalized by drawing a picture of Melissa complete with red hair. It was soo cute:




Dad was very excited to spend the day away from the rehab place:


Sandy modeled the "Christmas Pants". These pants will become a tradition each year that the "owner" of the pants will need to decorated or accessorise them somehow and pass them on to a different family member each year. Sandy was the first one to show off the Christmas lights that mom added to them for the inaugural year:
